What is the minimum order?
20 pieces per design, any mix of sizes and colours. Flat bulk discounts from 40 pieces. Fewer than 20? Our sister brand TeeNinja prints from 2 pieces.
How do I add my logo?
Use the preview tool on this page to try placements, then WhatsApp your logo and quantity. We recommend print or embroidery and send a digital mock-up before production, with free revisions.
How long does it take?
It depends on quantity and branding. We confirm the dispatch date in your written quote before you pay, and keep it. Rush runs possible for urgent events. Courier pan-India or pick up from the Chamrajpet store.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Visit the store to feel every quality, or order a plain sample piece in your size. The sample cost is adjusted in your bulk invoice.
What if something is wrong with the order?
If we made the mistake, such as a print, colour or size mismatch, a defect or transit damage, we reprint or replace free. Report it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Customised garments cannot be returned for size changes or change of mind.
How do I pay?
50% advance to start, balance before dispatch. GST invoice on every order and purchase orders accepted from registered companies and institutions.
