We prefer high-resolution PNG or PDF files. If you have vector files (AI or CDR), those are even better for maintaining sharpness in large prints or intricate embroidery.
Yes! For bulk orders, we can match Pantone shades for both fabric dyeing and printing. For smaller orders, we use the closest standard fabric shades available and high-quality inks to match your brand identity as accurately as possible.

Pricing & Payments

The prices displayed on the website are for the base products. GST and customization charges (printing/embroidery) are additional and will be calculated based on your specific logo requirements and quantity.
Yes, we welcome resellers! We offer customized pricing structures based on your order volumes and frequency of purchase. Please contact our sales team to discuss a partnership.

Returns & Exchange

Since our products are customized specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. In case of defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders for plain apparel can be cancelled before dispatch. However, for customized orders, cancellations are not possible once the production or branding process has started.

Shipping & Logistics

Yes! For corporate gifting or remote teams, we can handle individual shipping to multiple addresses across India. Please provide your address list during the order placement for a shipping quote.
